You’ll go deep with Erin and her coaching.  She gives a spiritual aspect to the health coaching that I found invaluable.   Practically, she was someone to help break down goals, illuminate thinking patterns, and make it less about the weight and more about freedom.  We went deep into my reasons for getting healthy by being curious and not judgmental. I found I was on a path to become more "me" as God created me to be rather than what the world says I should be.
